Do not post negative votes on public forums or gold rating sites without first contacting the administrator. Resolve any transaction issues with the administrator before taking any public action.

SPAM or any form of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) is not tolerated in this program. Violators will be immediately and permanently removed.
